Vintage Cards Embellished with Pink Posy Diamante Buckles Ribbon Sliders and Diamante Embellishments

Dress Up Your Cards- Vintage Style with Pink Posy!

So you have your wedding card blank, some lush backing paper, but it just needs that something extra...Check out some of our Pink Posy range being trialled and tested below with this vintage chic design card  All diamante products can be purchased at: www.pinkposy.co.uk 

Cut your backing paper and ribbon to size and adhere to your card with either glue or double-sided tape.






Try different colour/shades of ribbon to see what best compliments your wedding theme/ palette! Here we have used a 10mm cream ribbon with our Small Round Circle Diamante Buckle for a more subtle contrast. Pink Posy Visits Polynesia!

- Jennie took a little piece of Pink Posy out with her to the wilds of Hawaii last month! The island of Aloha, flowers in the hair and the adornment of leis! She also learnt how to make lei's from a 3rd generation Master Lei maker and has returned from her travels with her very own lei making needle to get practising with some British flowers! 


But for something less fiddly, and non-hay fever-inducing, why not make your own Fabric Flowers- like the one's in the photos below!These look lovely on: chair sashes, worn as corsages and donned in your hair! Want to up-cycle an old evening dress? All we did here was to tie a satin/polyester sash around the waist and affix one of our hand-made fabric flowers with a brooch pin-back (a safety pin would be sufficient). Creating a subtle contrast and added elegance!


A slightly bright photo which does not come close to demonstrate how lovely our pearl gem clusters are! You can just thread a bobby pin or two through the back of your handmade flower and wear it in your hair! Great for: weddings, evening events, festivals or even day-to-day summer wear!
